Vehicle servicing

Our four state-of-the-art service workshops can accommodate up to 80 vehicles per day for service and repair work. This service is extended to all of the vehicle brands supplied by DAL Motors and includes everything from a quick routine service to full mechanical, bodywork, electrical and air-conditioning repairs. The hi-tech bays are staffed by professionally-trained and certified technicians working in teams each managed by a qualified engineer.

Quality is assured by an advanced quality management system that includes computerized historical records for each vehicle. All repairs are final-tested by professional engineers.

Mobile field service teams provide genuine field-support and can carry out on the spot repairs to keep vehicles in good running order. The teams are equipped with special diagnostic tools and advanced communication facilities. Permanent field service teams are available at specialist sites on request (e.g. oil fields and construction sites). This service is available to all vehicle owners – not just those people who have bought a vehicles from DAL Motors.

Our engineers and technicians undergo a continuous training programme at our highly equipped onsite training centre, with training supervised by qualified expatriate and local training instructors.

Parts & accessories

Our parts departments provide genuine parts for all the vehicle’s supplied for DAL Motors, and are the only ‘safe source’ for genuine vehicle parts. The department serves all DAL Motors workshops, showrooms and sales centres, and our specially selected handful of parts distributors.  All of our direct sales centres are linked to a centralised system that enables our engineers to check parts availability real time all of our locations. All parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty.

At any one time, we have an average of 25,000 line items in stock across our parts warehouses, which cover an area of 4,870m2. All parts transactions are monitored by a computerized warehouse management system, with health and safety a key priority.  The stocks levels are maintained to ensure comprehensive coverage of all fast and medium moving items and the majority of other items needed to maintain vehicles sold by DAL Motors. Up-to-date inventory analysis systems are used to maintain optimum stock-levels, and ensure high quality vehicle servicing.

VIP customers enjoy the extra services of free delivery, special importing and delivery of emergency orders by courier service. Please talk to our Sales Consultants for details.

DAL Motors can also free parts delivery for fleet customers who have contracts for parts or service supply, with special orders available to customers with customs duty exemption. Our dedicated fleet team is also on hand to visit fleet customers to provide technical support and advice.

Body Repair shop

Our dedicated body shop, based in Sahafa, Khartoum, is highly equipped to perform all body repairs to a standard and quality similar to the manufacturer’s factory and is staffed by highly qualified, trained specialists. The body shop is authorized by Mitsubishi Motors to carry out all body repairs.
